As a Care Professional your clients visits may consist of: Helping clients get ready in the morning, or with their night time routine Breakfast, dinner or lunch preparation Help with medication and self-care Companionship Accompanying your clients to appointments, or a visit to the shops Qualifications Candidates must have a full driving licence and access to their own transport. As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. We encourage people from different sectors to apply such as: retail, hospitality, childcare and other customer service sectors. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
