As Sales Administrator, you will be expected to… To support all aspects of the Sales department in relation to administrative duties including but not limited to managing enquiries by telephone to support the sales team based out on our developments across Yorkshire To assist Sales Managers in relation to reports and processing of sales To assist with contracts and completions for the department To work alongside our marketing department To handle incoming calls to the office as a support function for the on site sales team To produce reports and documents relating to the performance of the department To manage stocks and assist the Sales Executives on site We are looking for someone who has… Experience in a fast-paced administrative environment is preferred, ideally within the housing sector or similar Excellent written and verbal communication skills across external parties and internal teams Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages for document creation and data management.
