As the Senior Manager, Global Digital Corporate Communications, you will apply social media expertise and skills to develop and implement effective and engaging campaigns to reach our audiences and support delivery of our digital strategy. It's a fast-paced environment with an ever-evolving external landscape, so your ability to plan, manage and coordinate projects and flexibility to meet global needs will be key. Key Responsibilities:
* Effective partnering with business leads to develop and deliver social media content and campaigns to a high standard
* Provide guidance to the Global Corporate Digital team and stakeholders across Global Corporate Affairs on effective social media tactics
* Manage, review and publish social media content calendars and ensure they adhere to various requirements
* Communicate social media channel strategies to stakeholders, update team processes where needed to ensure content and creative approaches are aligned
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and track key performance indicators and analyse results to improve digital channel strategies, campaigns and more
* Manage social media channel maintenance on a regular basis including creative, cyber security and administrative tasks
* Support the community management of social media channels in partnership with a third-party vendor
* Support editorial planning by building campaigns and social media posts in third-party tool
* Ensure there is branding consistency and accuracy for external social media assets
Knowledge and Experience:

o Solid experience of:
+ Strong English copywriting and proofreading abilities, shaping and implementing innovative and impactful social media campaign tactics and strategies
+ Developing and managing content across multiple social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
+ Leveraging enabling technologies and platforms (eg. Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Smarp, etc.)
+ Collaborating with or managing internal stakeholders to build strong relationships, manage expectations, distil complex social media ideas and technologies, and deliver consistently high-quality output
+ Project management in a global organisation
+ Working in a fast-paced environment handling often sensitive and timely information
+ Social media measurement, monitoring and reporting
+ Client-focused, with the ability to interpret and understand client needs and deliver results
+ Comfort working in a global corporate environment contributing to and prioritising multiple high-level projects across cultures and time zones
