What You’ll Be Doing
As Maintenance Manager, you will take pride in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of every area of our hotel, including its equipment, services, building, and plant. You will create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and ensure back-of-house spaces run like clockwork, delivering an extraordinary hospitality experience.
You’ll use your leadership skills to inspire a dedicated maintenance team, ensuring every aspect of the hotel is well-maintained and exceeds guest expectations. By combining your technical expertise with an eye for detail, you’ll help create a seamless experience that enhances every stay, from the smallest fix to the biggest project.
* Lead the maintenance team with a proactive approach to keep the hotel looking and functioning at its best.
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of all hotel areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
* Manage supplier relationships and oversee the maintenance budget to optimize costs and purchasing.
* Play a key role in refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Respond swiftly to maintenance requests to minimize disruption to guest experiences.
