We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Ipswich to lead high‑performing sales teams across one or more of our depot locations, driving profitable growth while delivering outstanding customer service.
What you'll be doing
As a key member of the regional leadership team, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading and motivating Sales Supervisors and Team Leaders to exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
* Driving profitability through strong budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
* Developing and executing commercial sales strategies to grow and retain a diverse customer base.
* Coaching and developing your teams to deliver a high‑performance culture.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
What we're looking for
You’re a confident and experienced sales manager who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. You’ll need:
* Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in a depot, B2B, or multi‑site environment.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and margin targets.
* Exceptional people management, coaching, and performance development skills.
* The ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
* A customer‑first mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Experience with systems such as CODAS, Excel, and CRM tools.
