Responsibilities
* Support Talent Development Business Partner in designing and delivering best in class early career programmes through Red Bull Technology Group Talent Academy
* Provide line managers with ongoing support and guidance to effectively manage early careers participants
* Lead and own RBTG work experience programme, enhancing the offering by working with key stakeholders across the business
* Support early career talent throughout the programme including check-ins, focus groups and learning & development opportunities
* Provide accurate programme updates to stakeholders, promoting Talent Academy both internally and externally
Qualifications
* Experience in one or more of: Human Resources, education, or learning and development
* Understanding of early talent development principles
* Ability to engage and support early career professionals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
