Installer / Fitter Full-time, Immediate Start Available

* Window or door fitting
* Blinds, curtains or shutters installation
* Carpentry / Carpenter / Joinery
* Conservatory installation
* Kitchen or bedroom fitting
* Shopfitting
* Plumbing or electrical installations
About the Role:
As an Installer / Fitter, you’ll take a leading role in delivering top-quality installations, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out installations with precision, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
* Lead by example — support, train, and coach the fitting team in best practices
* Review job notes, survey sheets, and ensure readiness before every installation
* Carry the necessary tools and parts to complete jobs efficiently and effectively
* Resolve any remedial or rework issues quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with manufacturing and sales to identify and solve recurring issues
* Always follow company health & safety procedures
* Ensure the workspace is clean, organised, and left spotless after each job
* Demonstrate products to customers, explain safety features and aftercare, and gather sign-off
* Update customer notes and job status
* Hand out marketing materials and encourage customer feedback
* Support sales efforts by identifying marketing opportunities on-site

* Hold a full UK driving licence
