Overview
Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Global MRO + Sub-Category Lead (Tooling & EHS) based in any of the EMEA countries. This role will support the development and execution of the Global Tooling and EH&S MRO+ sourcing strategy through data analysis, supplier engagement and negotiation.
Responsibilities
* Support the Global strategy by executing activities that improve spend and supplier performance within Tooling and EH&S.
* Organise and deliver sourcing events that deliver savings targets at a global level for subcategories assigned.
* Oversee supplier performance management at a global level.
* Regional saving progress follow up with regions, ensuring there is appropriate communication and engagement with critical functions.
* Support the regional deployment of strategic projects within OUs as directed by the Senior Director, Global MRO+.
* Provide ad-hoc support to respective regions and OUs within the MRO+ remit.
Requirements
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply chain area within an international environment.
* Must be fluent in English + another European language.
* Strategic sourcing management mindset.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent stakeholder and customer service skills.
* Supplier management and negotiation skills.
* Process improvement skills.
* Result oriented.
* Availability to travel around 20% of the time.
* Preferably based in Spain, France, Germany, Italy or UK.
