Juice is thrilled to be working with an established, Bath-based company renowned for being the leader in online publishing within their industry.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals within admin/data/CRM who are looking to build upon their existing skillset. You will be working within a team of 12, providing support on client campaigns as well as working on direct campaign management.
DAY TO DAY:
1. Proactively booking in and administrating campaigns on behalf of Campaign Executives, through our campaign booking system.
2. Planning activities and tasks with internal teams.
3. Delivering engaging digital services, such as emails and webinars, to our global scientific audience.
4. Onboarding Entry Level clients who have purchased new campaigns - explaining the process and providing recommendations on optimizing the campaign, such as using our Reviews Program.
5. Engaging with Entry Level clients by phone and email, to answer queries and provide status updates on their campaigns.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
6. Some experience of working in a professional environment (including work experience or placements), ideally within a marketing agency, publisher, science lab or other business-related role, such as sales.
7. Campaign management experience (Desirable).
8. Digital marketing experience.
9. Experience of using tools such as HubSpot or Monday.com.
10. A degree (or equivalent qualifications or professional experience) within a business-related subject i.e., project management, Business Management, or science, marketing.
11. Digital marketing qualifications e.g. CIM or HubSpot certifications – not essential
12. Highly organised and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
13. Tech savvy – intermediate skills with programs such as Office suite as a minimum, or the capability to learn new how to use new software.
14. Ability to develop and manage successful working relationships with internal teams, clients and sales professionals – a “people person”.
15. Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others and what they are requesting.
16. Attention to detail and diligent follow-through. Ensures information is complete and accurate.

18. Salary of £22,000 - £23,000 with an annual performance bonus.
