About the Role
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Broker Management email inbox. You will process customer orders and inquiries, liaise with suppliers, and make arrangements for waste transfer. Data entry onto the company computer system is required to ensure all work orders are recorded accurately.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all data is recorded onto ERP accurately, in line with the company’s "right first time" policy.
* Resolve all customer queries promptly.
* Use IT systems properly and record data accurately.
* Provide quotations for customer inquiries and maintain records.
* Manage and administer the entry of new sales onto AMCS and Gains.
* Liaise with service teams regarding deliveries and scheduling.
* Follow departmental procedures within the company’s SLAs.
* Generate and support the credit note process.
* Handle invoice queries efficiently and communicate with financial teams; identify and resolve issues with sub-contractors to reduce repeat problems.

Skills and Experience
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
* Good administration skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in sales support and customer service.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Knowledge of the waste industry or hazardous waste is advantageous.
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
