Are you a natural people person with a passion for luxury, interiors, and the world of contemporary art? Do you thrive in a creative environment where every day brings new faces, beautiful pieces, and meaningful conversations?
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Sales & Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Studio 74, a leading art gallery with big ideas and bold vision. This is your chance to step into the art world, work directly with clients, and play a key role in growing a brand that’s redefining modern gallery culture.
And this isn’t just a job — it’s a career path. The right person will have the opportunity to grow into a Gallery Manager role and build out their own client services or corporate relationships team as we expand.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a target-driven sales environment and a proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding monthly targets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Gallery-Based Client Engagement: Be the warm, knowledgeable face of Studio 74 — welcoming clients, understanding their tastes, and guiding them through our curated collections.
* Sales & Relationship Building: Build meaningful, long-term relationships with private and corporate clients. Offer tailored recommendations and become their trusted art advisor.
* Client Home Consultations: Visit client homes to help them visualize works in their space — a full driver’s license is essential.
* Retail & Event Support: Work a flexible retail rota (including weekend days) and bring your energy to gallery events, exhibitions, and artist launches.
* Collaboration & Brand Growth: Work alongside our small, dynamic team to help evolve Studio 74’s fresh, forward-thinking approach to art and interiors.
* Corporate Relationships: Opportunity to develop your own corporate partners relationships to expand our network and impact.
* Creative Event Involvement: Be part of planning and delivering creative, high-profile events — from private views to pop-ups and PR concepts.
Qualifications:
* A confident communicator who genuinely loves people and storytelling
* Driven by sales success, service excellence, and long-term client loyalty
* Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable with local travel
* Has a natural creative flair and an eye for interiors or styling
* Friendly, polished, and comfortable in a luxury, client-facing setting
* Excited by the art world — whether you're experienced or simply passionate
* Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to grow, lead, and innovate
* Confidently engage with new and existing clients via phone, email, and face-to-face.
* Work in a beautiful gallery space, surrounded by art and design
* Meet international artists and be part of a vibrant creative scene
* Involve yourself in exclusive events and curated experiences
* Collaborate with our corporate partners — and build your own network
* Be part of a small, supportive team where your ideas are heard and valued
* Grow into a Gallery Manager role with team-building opportunities
* Help shape a forward-thinking brand that’s redefining the modern gallery model
