This is a full or part time (10 PA) Consultant Dermatologist post. The main aims of the post are to provide dermatological care for patients in Blackpool, Flyde and Wyre, and to progress a sub- speciality interest to complement the team. This post involves seeing two week wait and inflammatory patients. Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of Dermatology patients. To share with colleagues, the responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Dermatology Department.Teaching and training of junior staff and medical students.To have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing medical education (CME).To actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and Audit. To attend meetings as needed.
