Carisbrooke College are seeking an ambitious and compassionate leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher, with responsibility for inclusion and personal development. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure that every pupil, including those with SEND, disadvantaged backgrounds, or additional needs, is supported to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. As a champion of equity and access, you will work with staff, students, families, and external partners to remove barriers to learning and promote a culture of high expectations for all. Alongside this, you will contribute to whole-school improvement, modelling professional excellence and supporting colleagues through coaching, training, and collaboration. The role also requires a strong commitment to ongoing professional growth, ensuring that leadership remains reflective, current, and impactful.
