Order Fulfilment Associate\n£25,000\nPermanent, Full Time\nNottingham, Hybrid \n\nHarper Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting an Order Fulfilment Representative to join our client in Nottingham City Centre.\n\nWhat will the role involve?\n\nWorking within the Order Fulfilment team, assisting in maximising delivery performance & order fulfilment\nAssessing order book allocation & suggesting improvements/reporting any challenges\nWorking closely with the Customer Service team to investigate order errors, issues, coverage & allocation challenges\nLiasing with the planning & logistics team to track inbound freight\nTracking inbound shipments to ensure all daily allocation jobs are running on time\nBuilding relationships with stakeholders and communicating on delivery times, late productions & shortages\nMonitoring delivery performance and order fulfilment rates, including root cause analysis\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nStrong communication & problem-solving skills\nHigh attention to detail and analytical thinking\nTeam player\nI.T Literate, including Excel\nAdditional Information - This role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.\n\nApply NOW to avoid disappointment!
