This is a permanent role on rotating shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and operating machines to deliver the production KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment. Production Operative - Key Tasks: To Operate machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures. To ensure hourly performance is monitored and recorded. To identify and correct product quality issues. To identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
