An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced veterinary leader to step into a pivotal Leadership role with a well-established and progressive multi-site practice in the South West.
This is a unique opportunity to shape clinical standards, influence strategic direction, and lead a large, highly skilled team within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Job:
As the new Director, you will:
* Provide clinical leadership across a large multi-site veterinary group
* Lead and inspire a team of over 50 members of staff
* Drive clinical excellence, governance, and continuous improvement
* Shape the practice long-term strategy to grow
* Oversee financial performance
* Mentor and develop both clinical and leadership talent
The Practice:
* A 24/7 RCVS-accredited small animal hospital
* Advanced diagnostic and surgical facilities including CT, ultrasound, and laparoscopic equipment
* A wide range of clinical expertise including orthopaedics, ECC, cardiology, and exotics
* A visiting Diplomate-led referral service
* ISFM Cat Friendly accreditation
