Supportive operations team with a stable office-based role Varied responsibilities including scheduling and coordination Opportunities to grow and develop professionally Team socials and a positive working environment Free parking on-site Structured working hours Monday to Friday Must haves Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong communication skills across phone, email and messaging platforms Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload Strong attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook Proactive approach and ability to work independently Previous experience within an administrative or customer service role Nice to haves Experience within scheduling, coordination or operations support Experience working within a fast-paced operational environment What youll be doing Scheduling daily appointments for engineers and tanker operatives Allocating jobs based on location, availability and skillset Monitoring workloads and supporting efficient route planning Maintaining scheduling systems and updating job information Ensuring appointment details remain accurate Preparing operational reports and supporting the wider team Adjusting schedules where urgent work, delays or cancellations occur Communicating with engineers and customers to keep schedules updated Interested?
