Job Title: Head of Reservations, Sales and Events
Our client is an iconic independent restaurant and event venue that offers exquisite food across two successful locations. The group is well-established in London and plans to expand their portfolio in the coming years. The successful candidate for the Head of Reservations, Sales and Events position can expect to be part of a stable and thriving operation!

* Monday to Friday shifts
* Starting salary of £50,000 per annum + bonus + commission

* Uncapped 3% to 7% commission on organic sales

Responsibilities:
* Represent the restaurant/venue proudly
* Support and train reservation team for smooth call handling
* Motivate and organize the team
* Manage third-party inquiries
* Oversee reservation and event reports
* Manage Private Dining & Membership
* Develop sales revenue proactively/reactively
Requirements:
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Experience with reservation systems like Quadranet, OpenTable, Collins, or similar
* Guest-focused with attention to detail
* Proactive, results-driven, and able to maximize event and reservation inquiries
* Ability to develop leads proactively
* Willingness to host events when needed
