This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong foundation already in place, you’ll be supported by an experienced Deputy Manager, a Nurse Lead, and a well-established care team who share a commitment to excellence and client wellbeing. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Overseeing day-to-day operations and CQC compliance Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of care professionals Growing the business in the community Managing client care plans, assessments, and safeguarding procedures Ensuring quality assurance, service continuity, and exceptional outcomes Working closely with the leadership team on business growth and service development What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong background as a Deputy ready to step up Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it) Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulations Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care Why Join Us?
