Job Description:
Job title: Field Reimbursement Manager, Hemophilia, Northwest
Main responsibilities:
* Become a subject matter expert on Sanofi’s rare blood disorder and Hemophilia patient support programs, payer claim processes, billing and coding education, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
* Develop and execute business plans aligned with brand strategies, tailored to specific geographies and customer contexts.
* Coordinate business activities within the geographic area, ensuring effective execution of strategies and tactics.
* Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
* Monitor communications regarding coverage, coding, and reimbursement across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid channels.
* Collaborate internally and externally to foster a culture focused on product launches.
* Educate healthcare office personnel on billing, benefits, and patient support offerings.
* Establish relationships with healthcare providers to resolve payer coverage issues, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Minimum 10+ years' experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
* 4-7+ years of reimbursement or access experience in a specialty pharmacy setting with proven results.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
* Experience launching Hemophilia or complex specialty products.
* Experience coordinating patient and provider support services.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned geography; valid driver’s license required.
* Soft and technical skills: Self-starter, energetic, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, knowledgeable about self-infused products and payer environment.
* Education: BA/BS in life sciences or business; MBA preferred.
