Atthe LTHT nurseries you will be joining a dedicated, supportive team providingquality childcare predominantly to Leeds NHS employees.

Weprovide care for around 168 preschool children across three Leeds-basedsettings, MondayFriday from 7am 6pm all year round (excluding BankHolidays). Each setting is unique and we celebrate the differences andexperiences our employees bring to us.

Contribute to updating records of achievements(ie: profiles, observations, care plans), to support the individual needs ofthe children/families.

Assist the management team ( ie: Deputy andEarly Years Professional) to develop, implement and evaluate play and planningusing the EYFS for the individual child and family

To support the nursery team and management teamin the delivery of the service and the development of quality care

As a key carer the jobholder will assist in thesettling in programme to meet the childs/familys individual needs includingfirst contact with the parent or carer

To assist the nursery team when communicatingnursery routines and procedures with new parents

As part of the nursery team your role willinclude observing, collating, presenting and recording developmental milestonesfor childrens individual profiles

Ensure each family receives daily positivefeedback

Report concerns or family issues to appropriatemanager

Job responsibilities

Experience

Qualifications

* An Ofsted recognised level 3 Qualification in childcare
* Food safety training
* Paediatric first aid training
