Join Our Team as a Nursery Practitioner!
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds? At Little Explorers, we create a home-from-home environment where children and our team can thrive. As we embark on an exciting expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our baby room team. This full-time role involves working 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates throughout the year.

Your Role as Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
* Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification: Essential.
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential.
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable.
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS: Desirable.
