Director – Debt Advisory

Our client is an independent, Corporate Finance Advisory firm focused on Real Assets, Sustainability and Essential Services with offices globally.
They are looking to hire a Director to join their Debt Advisory Team, part of our wider Corporate Advisory Division. This team provides debt advisory and execution services to financial sponsors, corporates and developers across the real assets landscape— including infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate and transportation.

As a Director, you’ll lead client relationships, manage end-to-end transactions, and help shape the strategic direction of our Debt Advisory practice. You’ll work with a talented team, mentor junior colleagues, and engage directly with lenders across banks, institutions and private credit providers.

💡 What You’ll Do
* Advise and support clients on debt advisory and capital structure solutions.
* Lead transaction execution, from structuring and financial modelling to documentation and negotiation.
* Drive business development, identifying opportunities, leading pitches, and expanding our client base.
* Build and strengthen relationships across the lending market, leveraging your own network and existing relationships.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* 8+ years’ experience in real assets debt advisory or corporate lending.
* Proven deal execution and excellent business development skills.
* Must have proven origination capabilities within the Infrastructure and Real Assets sectors
* Broad cross-sector real assets debt experience, including senior/junior debt, project finance and fund finance.
* Strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* A collegiate, client-focused approach and strong communication skills.
* Ambition, curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
