CNC Setter/Operator (Milling) Location: Gloucester Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) Hours: Day Shift (Monday - Friday) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time About the Company Our client is a well-established precision engineering company based in Gloucester, specialising in high-quality machined components for a range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, and defence. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced CNC Setter/Operator (Milling) to their dedicated team. The Role As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered components to tight tolerances. You'll work from technical drawings, ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to continuous improvement within the machining department.
