Job Description

New and exciting pensions vacancies, working on a hybrid basis where you will share your time between the Leeds office and home.

Pensions Admin - Annual Events

* Provide quality DB pension scheme administration to customers in line with business goals, service level agreements, and values in the Annual Events and Projects team.
* 2 years minimum experience within Defined Benefit pensions essential
* Benefit calculation experience essential

Pensions Admin - Quality Assurance

* Applying your technical expertise and detailed pension calculation knowledge to review case work and processes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Working as a team to conduct audits and quality assurance for set processes within our Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution administration function, providing summary reports of your findings and making recommendations for improvements
* Proven and relevant pensions administration experience including manual benefit calculations is essential

Technical Pensions Lead - Contract

* Deliver expert technical support and training for the Pensions Administration Department.
* Stay current with legislative changes and their impact on pensions calculations.
* Review and check work for accuracy and timeliness across all teams and schemes.
* Support customer issue resolution.
* Draft calculation specifications following regulation and scheme changes.
* Assist with data cleansing, testing automation and process updates.
* Strong DB Experience essential
* Extensive benefit calculation experience
* Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and data manipulation and interrogation

CDC Pensions Administrator

* Managing all aspects of the Pensions Administrator role, including pensions calculations, member enquiries, and ad hoc projects
* Mentoring team members whilst actively developing your own knowledge
* Maintaining accuracy of member/employer data at all times
* Experience with Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution Pensions essential
* Benefit calculation experience
