You don’t just place orders — you think three steps ahead.
You’re a sharp, commercially-minded Purchasing Executive who is equally comfortable deep in a spreadsheet or on the phone with a supplier.
If you love digging into numbers, tracking trends, and finding better ways to manage stock, suppliers, and systems – this is your chance to shape how things work, not just follow what’s always been done.
* You’ve got experience in purchasing, stock management, or supply chain.
* You’re comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel – and probably already thinking of ways to make reports smarter and processes slicker.
* You know that strong supplier relationships matter – and you know how to build them.
* You care about the detail but you’re motivated by the bigger picture – getting the right product, in the right place, at the right time.
* You’re organised, commercially aware, and thrive on keeping things running on time and on target.
* You spot inefficiencies and think “there’s a better way to do this.”
As Purchasing Executive, you’ll take ownership of approximately 20 suppliers, ensuring stock levels are optimised and the flow of goods runs smoothly from order to delivery.
You’ll manage day-to-day purchasing processes, drive improvements in how we track and manage stock, and collaborate across the business to keep everything running seamlessly.
You’ll manage and improve:
* Supplier ordering (UK & International) and stock planning
* ERP reports and data to maintain optimal stock levels
* Supplier relationships and performance tracking
* Delivery tracking, transport planning, and Goods In coordination
* Cross-team collaboration with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations
* Identification of process improvements and automation opportunities
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to sourcing new products and developing our expanding product range.
You may also be required to travel to visit suppliers or trade fairs in the UK or internationally.

* Problem-solver – Proactively addresses delivery issues, stock gaps, and system improvements.
