Severn Vale School is an Academy which provides an inclusive secondary education for students aged 11-16, that delivers strong student outcomes through high quality teaching and outstanding pastoral care. Governors at this high performing single academy trust wish to appoint an outstanding Business Manager who can contribute towards our drive to become a truly great school.
The successful candidate will have a compelling vision for how all aspects of school administration including resources, finances, premises, health and safety and income generation, can contribute the very best provision for our students.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team the successful candidate will need to:
•Be a team player with excellent communication skills to match
•Have a proven track record in Academy financial management
•Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
•Work well under pressure, balancing both operational and strategic issues
