The role offers full support from a highly experienced Real Estate team, including specialists across site set-up, residential development, plots, construction, agriculture, and commercial property. The firm is also open to considering a team move for the right individual.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with national housebuilders and developer clients
* Leading and developing a residential development practice in Birmingham
* Driving business development and expanding market presence in the region
* Acting on a broad range of residential development matters including site acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land
* Advising on plot sales, site set-up, and development structuring
* Working closely with internal specialists across construction, planning, agriculture, and commercial property
* Mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team
* Contributing to the strategic growth of the national real estate development practice
