We specialise in creating unique hen party packages filled with incredible experiences and unforgettable memories for the bride-to-be, her bridesmaids, family, and friends.
Flock isn’t like any other hen party website! Our brand is designed for women with great taste who want a one-of-a-kind weekend. We provide a personal, curated service - hand-picking the best accommodation, activities, and events to make every hen do a complete success.
We’re passionate about supporting small local businesses and connecting our brides with hidden gems that make their celebrations truly special. Think private chefs, wine tastings, cocktail making classes.
The Job
This is a remote role, so you’ll be working from home while collaborating with colleagues and customers across the UK.
We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic person who loves planning trips and gets a real buzz from creating excitement and anticipation for our lovely brides & bridesmaids!
This job is unsuitable for someone that works full time elsewhere.
You’ll be the main point of contact for our groups - guiding them from first enquiry right through to the big weekend.
Your Responsibilities
* Replying to website enquiries
* Suggesting package options based on budget, dates, location & vibe
* Delivering friendly, helpful communication that guides customers toward the perfect package
* Arranging phone calls with customers to build trust and rapport
* Liaising with property owners and activity suppliers to confirm bookings
* Setting up payment plans and clearly communicating schedules
* Answering customer questions and helping to put minds at ease
* Keeping up with trends in weddings & hen parties so we can update packages with fresh ideas
Skills Required
* Brilliant attention to detail and organisation
* Passion for planning events and trips
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Confidence with numbers (to calculate costs if group sizes change)
* A good understanding of social media (Instagram & TikTok)
* Comfortable using Canva to design itineraries
💸Salary & Details
* 20 hours per week (part-time), spread across 5 days - flexible hours, you choose what works best
* 32 days paid holiday
* £1,200 per month starting salary + 10% commission on bookings (average ~£500 extra per month)
* Fully remote role (company based in Edinburgh)
* Full training provided
