The role
Assistant Client Manager (Portfolio Clients) works with Client Managers on Portfolio Client accounts. Makes sure all Portfolio Clients have an excellent experience regardless of the service they need. Processes client-related tasks, maintains accurate records, prepares documentation, and supports the delivery of excellent service to clients. Responsibilities include: Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively with clients by telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face Ensure all Portfolio Clients are contacted on a regular basis Maintain ongoing relationships with the Portfolio Clients, keeping them informed, answering queries, and arranging review meetings Work alongside Client Managers to prepare reports, ensuring client facing documents are accurate, on time and appropriate for the client Identify client needs at a review and collaborate with other colleagues and teams where appropriate, to meet those needs Seamless and timely implementation of Portfolio Client instructions: processing of new funds, strategy changes, transfers in and out, cash withdrawals, ISA subscriptions, SIPP transactions Articulate our services to clients and identifying business opportunities based on their needs Complete Portfolio Client new business workflows from initiation to completion Maintain accurate client records across systems (Nexus, iO and MoneyInfo) and update record promptly Obtain information from third-party providers Provide clear updates on progress and any other actions , inform clients where relevant and process instructions where necessary Support Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) applications, renewals and fee collection for Charity clients
