Here's a glimpse of what makes this role special: Experienced Team: You'll work alongside long-standing vets, nurses, and a committed client care team who all share a passion for delivering the very best. Leadership Support: The team is backed by experienced leaders who are actively developing coaching-style leadership, creating a positive and empowering environment. Modern Facilities: The practice is well-equipped, including recent upgrades to imaging and laparoscopy kits, and has access to roving orthopaedic and dental specialists for additional development opportunities. The Rota: This is a full-time role with a great work-life balance, offering a mix of shifts across five days. Typical shifts run from 8:30am–4:30pm or 11am–7pm, keeping your schedule varied and flexible. Plus, there’s no out-of-hours work, and you’ll only need to cover Saturday mornings (8:30am–12:30pm) on a shared rota—leaving you with plenty of time to enjoy your weekends! What’s in It for You?
