Key Responsibilities
1. Provide on-site technical support and solutions to clients.
2. Prioritize visits, coordinate schedules, and complete visit reports.
3. Maintain professional customer relations.
4. Assist in technical training and exhibitions.
5. Train engineers and operators onsite.
6. Support the Technical Help Desk and cover for staff absences.
7. Review and update client database and communicate with key customers.
8. Participate in training and personal development planning.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5 GCSEs (A-C) including electrical/mechanical skills.
* Experience with fault finding on vending equipment and customer service.
Required Competencies
* Knowledge of electro/mechanical vending and HoReCa equipment.
* Fault diagnosis and correction skills.
* Understanding of health and safety standards.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and technical databases.
* Strong planning and time management skills.
