This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils who may need additional guidance with behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in learning. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils to build confidence, improve behaviour, and encourage positive attitudes towards education. Key Duties of Behaviour Mentors: Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring support to pupils. Help pupils manage behaviour and develop emotional regulation skills. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils to encourage progress. Support teachers and pastoral staff in implementing behaviour strategies. Encourage attendance, engagement, and participation in learning. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to school staff. Essential Requirements: Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a mentoring or support role. Calm, patient, and resilient approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
