S&H are exclusively partnering with a leading global retailer business based in Watford. The business is seeking a high quality commercial lawyer to join its in-house team in a key Senior Legal Counsel role, supporting the General Counsel. This is a 3 month FTC looking to have someone start ASAP.
Reporting to the General Counsel and working as part of a top tier and prestigious team, you will be responsible for a variety of areas including:
* Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements of all types.
* Commercial and corporate advisory to the business and a variety of stakeholders.
* Advising on wider matters related to commercial deals including Employment Law, Marketing, Competition and IP
