We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Team Administrator to join our Professional Course Team, part of the Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment directorate, at the University of Huddersfield.
This is a fast-paced and customer-focussed service, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Working as part of a professional team, you will be committed to providing an efficient and effective enquiry and admissions service for applicants and enquirers for courses with specific professional body requirements for example Health Professional and Workforce Development. You will provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries via telephone and email and support the enquirer and applicant lifecycle, including arranging interviews and ensure that required checks are completed as part of admissions processes, for example, Disclosure and barring service (DBS), occupational health and overseas police checks.
You will be organised, experienced and motivated, with excellent attention to detail who can manage a varied and sometimes complex workload efficiently and effectively. A strong team player, you will be able to build positive working relationships at all levels and be able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your previous experience will have involved using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams) to support administrative and customer service functions.
