The role overview:
Join as a Presales Specialist to bring your technical expertise and deep understanding of The Config Team (TCT) software products and consulting services. You'll support customer demonstrations and provide technical guidance to the sales, marketing, and product development and deployment teams.
Our industry leading SAP Certified software has been designed to help global businesses solve their supply chain challenges and is now used by large enterprise brands all over the world, therefore the ability and desire for business expensed travel is a must.
Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
* Have deep knowledge and understanding of SAP supply chain solutions.
* Lead and assist in technical customer workshops and demonstrations.
* Build relationships with C-Suite executives, IT Directors, and Operations teams.
* Collaborate with teams to support the entire sales lifecycle.
* Qualify prospects and craft compelling sales pitches and demos for TCT products.
* Support customer site visits and document their processes and requirements.
* Assist with proposal writing and ensure proper documentation before product delivery.
* Be able to translate customer challenges into effective SAP Supply Chain solutions.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
