Project Delivery - Facilitate the successful delivery of multiple regional HR initiatives, spanning incremental improvements to large-scale corporate transformation, while contributing to broader portfolio-level projects through strategic coordination and influence. Project Governance - Manage the delivery of projects in line with defined governance frameworks, including the development of structured project plans, reporting, and document control.Ensure the successful close-down of workstreams, capturing lessons learned to inform continuous improvement and future delivery excellence. Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across all levels and functions, ensuring collaboration supports consistent service delivery and alignment with project objectives. Change Management - Facilitate the change management aspects of projects within scope, ensuring alignment with broader HR transformation efforts and enabling smooth adoption through structured planning and delivery. Process Design - Lead process design activity in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with project scope, service delivery expectations, and operational effectiveness. The Ideal Candidate Essential Proven experience in facilitating the delivery of complex HR projects and change initiativeswithin large organisations, with a strong understanding of governance and service delivery frameworks. Demonstrated expertise in change management, including the use of structured methodologies and tools to support behavioural, process, and cultural transformation. Strong facilitative leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups and drive collaborative decision-making across functions and geographies. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate organisational priorities into actionable project plans, ensuring delivery of measurable benefits and continuous improvement. Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools Desirable Working knowledge of Smartsheetor similar project portfolio management tools, with experience in structured reporting and dashboard creation. Good understanding of HR operating models, processes, policies, and systems. Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, or Pillars of Change).
