Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team at MGM Timber in Glasgow. The role involves being a first point of contact for clients in our kitchen studio and contributing to the success of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Discussing and understanding clients' requirements.
* Presenting designs and proposals.
* Producing accurate project specifications and quotations.
* Ordering and processing sales.
* Promoting long-term customer relationships and prospecting new clients.
* Staying updated on industry design trends and product development.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
* Enthusiastic and organised.
* Strong communication skills at all levels.
* Proactive and able to use own initiative.
* Desire to learn and develop.
* Team player – collaborative and supportive.
* CAD experience is advantageous.
* Experience in a similar industry is preferred but not essential; training provided.
The successful candidate should have a valid driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
