We're scaling up and need someone organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented to support our finance and general admin functions.
What you'll do:
* Maintain and update financial records using
Xero
* Assist with basic payroll tasks
* Process invoices, expenses, and receipts
* Provide general office administration support – filing, scheduling, correspondence, etc.
* Manage supplies, maintain office systems and help keep things running smoothly
* Support other team members as needed
What we are looking for:
* Experience (or willingness to learn) in using
Xero
* Some payroll experience, or strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
* Good communication skills – written and verbal
* Comfortable in a hybrid working environment
