Salary up to £53,000 OTE
As a Microsoft Technical Business Development Manager at Luminor 3 your primary
responsibility is the acquisition of new Microsoft services customers through warm-
lead conversion, in collaboration with our delivery and engineering teams. You will be
owning the technical conversation that turns interest into revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Taking ownership of Microsoft leads generated by telemarketing
• Running technical discovery calls with end users to uncover Microsoft demand
• Translating business problems into Microsoft solutions
• Technically qualifying opportunities, define scope, approach, and commercials
• Maintain a strong, closeable Microsoft pipeline
• Support by a dedicated telemarketer generating Microsoft-qualified leads
• Backed up by a technical delivery team for deep engineering input
What We Expect From You
• Strong Microsoft technical sales background (2 years+ experience)
• Evidence of commercial confidence or solution consulting
• Influence customer conversations that lead to a buying decision
• Ability to simplify Microsoft complexity and create urgency
• Target-driven, organised, and accountable for outcomes
