* Support and embed best practice case management through regular training and coaching, ensuring consistent and high-quality responses across the service
* Oversee a robust case management system and ensure regular case reviews with clear action plans
* Triage all ASB cases for safeguarding concerns, ensuring referrals to statutory services are completed and outcomes tracked in line with service standards
* Keep teams up to date with relevant legislation, ensuring any changes are communicated clearly and reflected in practice
* Work closely with teams to build a supportive and accountable response to ASB that protects victims and addresses the behaviour of perpetrators
What you’ll bring:
* Knowledge of antisocial behaviour legislation and enforcement tools
* Proven experience handling complex ASB cases in a housing or related setting
* Confident in coaching, training, and supporting teams
* A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
* Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred working practices
