We are currently looking for a dynamic Contracts Manager with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Connolly!
We have several exciting opportunities to join our North West team. The scope of works we are currently undertaking includes kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, re-wires, window and door replacements, EWI works, external works, and social housing decarbonisation schemes – previous experience in this type of work is essential.

What you will be responsible for…
* Managing operational site teams
* Implementing health & safety procedures and practices to industry-leading standards
* Managing delivery in accordance with all regulations, prescribed recommendations, contract documentation, and standards
* Managing and maintaining programme and reporting any departures
* Participating in activities and initiatives to improve working practices
* Adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting Connolly Ltd values
* Arranging and attending internal and external pre-start meetings
* Liaison and communication with all internal Connolly SLT team members
* Efficient allocation and management of project resources including direct labour, supplied materials, plant, fleet requirements, sub-contractors, supply chain, and free issue materials
* Review and approval (in conjunction with the Quantity Surveyor) of sub-contractor valuations
* Relationship management with peers, clients, design teams, and consultants
* Arranging and attending contract close-out meetings, chairing if required
What we’d like from you…
* Proven track record of contract management
* Experience in managing multiple social housing projects from start to finish
* In-depth knowledge of construction standards, legislation, and quality delivery
* Strong planning, decision-making, and organizational skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* First Aid at Work certification
* Asbestos Awareness (desirable but not essential)
