Hours of Work:
Permanent, Full Time – Nights
As a Site Engineer - Nights, you will play a vital hands-on role in supporting end-to-end production, ensuring engineering processes boost efficiency, safety, and quality. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining essential technical documentation, implementing control systems to enhance production processes, and fostering collaboration across various departments to achieve operational excellence. Join us in making a tangible impact through the application of Lean Manufacturing principles, and contribute to process standardisation and continuous improvement.
Site Engineer - Nights Requirements
* Proven experience within engineering teams in a manufacturing environment
* Working knowledge of Lean tools and design-for-manufacturing principles
* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam)
* Familiarity with ERP systems and the MS Office suite
* A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, with a practical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
