* Provide technical assistance to teachers and students during practical sessions.
* Carry out risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage and maintain laboratory resources and equipment.
* Support the Science department with administrative tasks and stock control.
Ideal Candidate:
* Relevant qualifications in science or laboratory technology (e.g., NVQ, BTEC).
* Experience working as a science technician in a school or laboratory setting.
* Strong practical skills and knowledge of laboratory procedures.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
