An integral member of the Quality team, and the Wrexham site on the whole, the Training Specialist vacancy offers a genuinely exciting and autonomous opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and upskilling of others, whilst maintaining significant levels of compliance in alignment with GxP practices. Forging effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure our teams have the correct level of knowledge and training for their roles, as well as the awareness required for working within a Biopharmaceutical environment. Key responsibilities… Perform gap analysis of training needs across site. An ongoing focus to understand what training packages are needed, and what good looks like. Ensure we have trained trainers across site to ensure consistent standards in training delivery. Support improvements in upskilling employees across all departments, including the introduction of and maintenance of KPI's. Ensure GMP training is undertaken across site and compliant with training compliance. Training Development and delivery of appropriate site training, including supporting delivery of any Quality related sessions as part of the onboarding process. Support trainers in material development. Engage external partners for training. Working with departments to ensure that the site training procedure is being followed and implementing improvements when required. Perform assigned tasks whilst, at all times, adhering to current GMP requirements (e.g. Annex 1 of EU GMP) for sterile medicinal products. What we're looking for… Self-motivated individual with the ability to identify key issues within a complex environment and to provide clear solutions to them. Possess a certified training accreditation (Train the Trainer) Proven experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical/GMP environment.
