The role is full time; part‑time hours of 22.5 or 30 hours per week may also be considered.

We use the Model of Human Occupation to guide all occupational therapy assessments and interventions and embed occupational science and neuroscience into our practice.

* Provide high‑quality occupational therapy assessments for people who access the service, adapting the approach as and when needed.

* Keep up to date with current evidence‑based practice, research and National guidelines within your clinical area.
* Communicate complex and challenging issues in an effective and compassionate way with service users, carers/family members/supporters, other clinicians and agencies/services.
* Be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of clinical work and care. Maintain high standards of care in all areas of practice in accordance with the HCPC Code of Conduct, professional guidelines and Trust Policies and Procedures.
