Present and explain validation results, psychometric analyses, and AI integration to clients in clear, actionable terms that support informed decision-making. Regularly review and update assessment content in response to client feedback, market needs, and performance analytics. Lead discovery workshops and content reviews with clients to co-create assessment experiences that reflect their values, brand, and candidate expectations. Translate scientific principles into business value, helping clients understand how our assessments drive predictive and fair hiring outcomes. Educate clients on emerging trends in psychological assessment, DEI considerations, and ethical AI usage in recruitment. Update existing and develop new assessment items across a range of formats—e.g. situational judgment, cognitive ability, behavioural—that strengthen and diversify our item bank. Ensure content is inclusive, mitigating cultural, gender, or socioeconomic bias through rigorous review and validation. Balance scientific rigour with engagement, producing assessments that are both predictive and candidate-friendly. Create comprehensive test manuals that document methodology, scoring logic, and interpretation guidance. Partner with internal teams (Onboarding, Customer Success, Psychometricians, and Operations) to ensure scalable and high-quality implementation. Support internal training on assessment best practices, including item writing, validation techniques, and fairness auditing. Represent Maki People at industry events and conferences, delivering thought leadership that bridges rigorous science and real-world talent acquisition challenges.
