Job Overview
We are recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover sites across the Midlands region. You will be joining a well‑known name within the Asbestos industry, which holds UKAS accreditation and a nationwide presence. The role involves conducting full asbestos surveys, air monitoring and analytical duties across a mixed portfolio of client sites.

Experience / Qualifications
* Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst or Surveyor or Analyst
* Hold industry qualifications including BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalent RSPH)
* Good understanding of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
* Flexible to travel across a range of client sites
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Proficient in using IT software
* Also interested in candidates with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP
Responsibilities
* Perform management, refurbishment, demolition and re‑inspection asbestos surveys
* Safely obtain and bag ACM samples from sites
* Conduct 4‑stage clearances
* Full air monitoring duties, including smoke, reassurance, background, leak and personal
* Produce site‑specific technical reports
* Work across asbestos removal projects of varying size and type
* Wear correct PPE at all times
* Represent the company in a professional manner
