We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive junior school in Croydon from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a school that is committed to professional development, collaboration and helping every child achieve their full potential.
The Role
This position is suitable for an Early Career Teacher looking to teach either a Year 3 or Year 4 class. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, dedicated colleagues and a comprehensive ECT programme designed to help you develop your classroom practice and confidence throughout your induction years.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive learning environment and supporting pupils to make strong academic and personal progress. The school places great importance on developing confident, resilient learners and encourages creativity, curiosity and a love of learning.
