Here at ISS as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit a Food Safety Consultant to join a new Education contract we have going live later in the year, in West Sussex.
This is a Primary Schools contract where we will provide Catering across a high volume of schools in the county, with food being prepared and served by ISS Catering Staff.
In this role you will be the Account's dedicated Food Safety expert, working with the wider Account team and end client to ensure full compliance and engagement with ISS Food Safety systems.
Please note when schools are on an extended break (ie summer holidays) the role would support on other accounts.
You would initially support on account mobilisation and then day to delivery, ensuring the ISS Food H&S Management system is implemented.
This is a fantastic role spanning auditing, training, client relationship management across a brand new account, working for ISS - a leader in the built environment space.
Actions will include:
* Implementation of the ISS Food Safety Management System and supporting documents as directed by the Head of
* Food Safety and the Food Safety Manager.
* Support with new contract mobilisations.
* Act as a food safety subject matter expert to the business.
* To carry out internal food safety audits according to the agreed audit plan and revisits for those sites that under perform
* The maintenance of a high standard of food safety service, making recommendations and providing advice to operational teams to ensure compliance in all Food Safety matters as required.
* The deliver training & support in the development of training with the Learning & Development.
* Engage and work with management
We need from you:
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Degree in Environmental Health and/or Masters, or Lvl4 Food Safety, or equivalent.
